DIDACTIC PROVISION OF METHODOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION OF MILITARY UNIVERSITIES AS A SCIENTIFIC PROBLEM

Abstract. The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of didactic provision of methodological activities of teachers in the context of digitalization of military universities. The necessity of purposeful use of digital pedagogical tools and pedagogical technologies in the educational process through the prism of improving and innovating the methodological activities of teachers of military universities is actualized. Based on the conceptual and comparative analysis of the experimental work carried out, the definition of didactic provision of methodological activities of teachers of military universities in the context of digitalization of military universities is given as a purposeful process of planning, organizing, digital resource support and monitoring of methodological activities of teachers, implemented on the basis of didactic patterns and principles of methodological activity and educational process in a military university. The structure of the process under study is characterized by the selected components: objective, subject-object, meaningful (patterns, principles, contradictions, functions), technological (methods, forms and means), effective. The criteria (task-oriented; organizational-substantive; information technology; integrative-effective) and indicators of didactic support for the methodological activities of teachers in the context of digitalization of military universities are revealed. The main pedagogical ways and conditions for increasing the effectiveness of didactic support for the methodological activities of teachers in the context of digitalization of military universities are substantiated. The instrument and mechanism for implementing the theoretical provisions of the process under study is a targeted pedagogical program to improve the effectiveness of didactic support for the methodological activities of teachers in the context of digitalization of military universities, which includes three levels of activities: the first level is the university and the educational and methodological services of the university; the second is the level of the department and the methodologists of the departments; the third is the personal level of teachers. The thesis is substantiated that high-quality didactic support for the methodological activities of the teaching staff of military universities will contribute to improving the quality of the educational process in military universities as a whole
