FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF THE TEACHING STAFF ON THE FORMATION OF CADETS OF MILITARY PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF OFFICERS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. The ongoing socio-economic, political and spiritual changes in the Russian Federation and in the Armed Forces as a whole require modern approaches to the personality of an officer capable of educating and training his subordinates. A modern officer should be distinguished by a sense of patriotism, devotion to the military oath, and readiness to fulfill his military duty at a high professional level. He must have psychological stability, the ability to volitional self-regulation of behavior in extreme situations, as well as in conditions of danger and risk to life. An officer should be a model of diligence, discipline, drill and physical perfection. Officer (teacher) as the head of a military team, he must combine fair demands and concern for subordinates, be a model and teacher for them in life. The paper describes the experience of the teaching staff in the process of training cadets of the Perm Military Institute of the National Guard Troops. Special emphasis is placed on the personal example of the teacher, as well as the continuity of generations as one of the most important factors in the process of training cadets of military educational institutions of higher education. An example of educational interaction of the teaching staff with cadets in the development of disciplines of the Department of tactics and service and combat use of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation is given. A special place in the article is given to the teaching staff as a key link in the process of training cadets of the military institute. The officers (teachers) of the military institute have extensive practical experience, most of them are participants in combat operations. An important role in the formation of cadets of military-professional qualities of officers is assigned to educational work, which in combination.
