SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN THE TEAM AS AN INDICATOR OF THE CORPORATE CULTURE OF THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract.  Achieving a new quality of the Russian educational system, its sustainable development is impossible without improving the management mechanisms. The organization and coordination of the activities of education participants are among the main functions of pedagogical management, which is closely related to a number of other sciences: general management theory, economics, social psychology, physiology, etc. The corporate culture of an educational institution is designed to integrate all departments and the teaching staff as a whole to fulfill common goals and objectives. In modern scientific literature, corporate culture is considered as a set of values, norms, customs, traditions, beliefs and expectations, behavioral styles that underlie relationships, interactions and activities of the organization. Corporate culture is created as a result of the integration of many social processes taking place in an educational organization and carries a certain image necessary for the sustainable development of an organization in modern conditions. The most important component of the corporate culture of an educational institution is the socio-psychological climate of the professional and pedagogical team, which manifests itself in the qualitative side of interpersonal relations in the form of a set of psychological conditions that contribute to or hinder productive joint activities and the progressive development of the individual in the team. The article analyzes the concepts of corporate culture and the socio-psychological climate of the team, determines their relationship. The conclusion is made about the influence of the socio-psychological climate of an educational institution on the corporate culture and, consequently, on the creation of a positive image of the educational institution. The article formulates some problems that affect the creation of a positive socio-psychological climate of the teaching staff, analyzes the psychological conditions for the formation of the corporate culture of an educational organization.
