Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the continuity of educational programs according to the levels of professional training, contributing to the formation of graduates’ professional competence that meets the requirements of the modern labor market and developing their focus on continuous professional education throughout their labor activity. The relevance of this problem is justified by the fact that the creation of a continuous educational trajectory in all areas of training, taking into account the continuity of educational programs, in the context of a multi-level education system, today is one of the strategic tasks of professional training. The article describes the continuity of educational programs for undergraduate and graduate programs in the conditions of the transition to distance learning, in which the educational process is built exclusively using electronic educational resources with the priority of video communication with special capabilities for conducting classes, conferences, round tables, control events, etc. As the analysis of a fairly large number of scientific sources shows, the revealed psychological, pedagogical and methodological features of the use of electronic educational tools in the classroom allow us to provide a sufficient depth of knowledge assimilation mainly on the basis of the continuity of educational programs in a multi-level system. In this regard, the author examines the continuity in the “bachelor – master” system based on strengthening the subject-content component of the educational process, namely, by creating at each stage of training a foundation for further study of academic disciplines, carrying out research activities, passing all types educational and industrial practices at a higher level due to the expansion and deepening of topics using computer technologies, digital tools and services in education, forms of organization of distance and blended learning based on domestic and foreign experience of informatization of education.
