MODEL FOR UPDATING THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF HIGH SHOOL STUDENT’S PERSONALITIES

Abstract. The article describes a pedagogical model, including structural elements, each of which is filled with content, corresponding to the main goal – creating conditions for successful mainstreaming of the creative potential of high school students. The dynamics of changes in information, socio-cultural and technological areas of life of civilized societies directs the system of higher education and secondary education to purposefully create conditions necessary for training students who are open to new. The research problem was identified: what are the parameters of pedagogical activity, ensuring the actualization of the creative potential of the senior students in the interaction between school and university. The novelty of research is that it identifies structural components of organizational and procedural model of creative potential of the personality of high school students on the basis of application of methods of modeling, generalization, analysis of philosophical, psychological-pedagogical, methodological literature on the problem of research. The author concludes that the model of mainstreaming of creative potential of the person of high school students in interaction between school and university includes a targeted, personological, theoretical-methodological, organizational-procedural, diagnostic blocks, each of which is filled with content, corresponding to the main goal – to actualize the creative potential of high school students. The implementation of the model is carried out through the creation of an integrative heuristic educational environment, built on the basis of systemic, active, medium, individual, differentiated approaches allows to successfully actualize the creative potential of students, develop flexibility and originality of thinking, analytical skills, imagination, openness to new ideas, desire for self-development.
