Abstract. The educational space as a set of educational systems develops both as a result of self-organization and under the influence of external management factors. The phenomena of the educational system, educational space and their development have been sufficiently studied in science. The driving force behind the development of educational systems is educational innovation. Systemic-synergistic relationships between innovation systems and the conditions of the educational space suggest that their development occurs in concert. In pedagogy, the issues of connections between the development of innovations and the educational spaces in which they occur have not been sufficiently studied. Scholar’s study specific innovations in specific educational spaces. The coordinated development of innovation and educational space is a little-studied area of pedagogy. The article is devoted to an urgent problem of modern professional education – the effective formation of didactic competence in the field of cybersecurity among computer science teachers in master’s programs based on a co-evolutionary approach. The article discusses the psychological, pedagogical, organizational features of teaching students in the master’s program of a pedagogical university, which must be taken into account when developing didactic competence in the field of cybersecurity for computer science teachers. The expediency of choosing a co-evolutionary approach as a methodological basis for such a process is substantiated. It has been revealed that the use of the case-study method makes it possible to use a co-evolutionary mechanism to coordinate the interests, needs, values of undergraduates and the educational functions of information technologies. The case method has broad potential for developing the didactic competence of computer science teachers in the field of cybersecurity. The didactic potential of the case method increases significantly when using cloud technologies in the process of working with cases.
Keywords: computer science teacher, master’s degree, didactic competence in the field of cybersecurity, co-evolutionary approach, case method, cloud technologies.
