CO-EVOLUTIONARY APPROACH IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHERS

Abstract. The problem of methodological foundations of informatics teacher training in the system of continuous professional education is considered. The prospects of applying the co-evolutionary approach in the system of continuous professional education of computer science teachers are revealed. The analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the results of the conducted research show the expediency of using the co-evolutionary approach to train a qualified specialist capable of successful professional and pedagogical activities in the context of digitalization of education. The implementation of the co-evolutionary approach presupposes flexibility in the construction of the educational process, its rapid adaptation to changing external conditions. The effectiveness of using this approach to ensure coordinated and conjugate interaction of the system of continuous professional education of computer science teachers and a set of tools for the digitalization of education, which allows the formation of professional competencies of teachers at a high level, is noted. The influence of the co-evolutionary approach in the system of continuous training of a computer science teacher on the increase of the level of professional competencies is substantiated. Attention is paid to the creation of conditions for professional and personal development and self-development of specialists in the field of education. The article highlights the main principles that should be taken into account when implementing the coevolutionary approach. These include: value and semantic, the principle of professional orientation, the principle of self-organization, the principle of professional creativity, the principle of informatization and the principle of information security.
