Abstract. In the article the author addresses the question of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the individual legal culture of students of secondary vocational educational institutions. The author singles out groups of characteristics of students of secondary vocational educational institutions, and also identifies certain problems that may arise in the process of forming an individual legal culture in the educational environment. Also, in the scientific article, the author defines the pedagogical conditions that ensure the formation of the individual legal culture of students of secondary vocational educational institutions, in particular, the presentation of legal values, models of behavior, and values​of legal and law-abiding behavior to students. , assuming the transfer of legal knowledge to students, the formation of the correct attitude to the objects of general cultural and legal activity. The author of the article highlighted and made a conclusion about the following pedagogical conditions that ensure the formation of individual legal culture of students. in institutions of secondary vocational education: familiarization of students with legal values, models of behavior, values ​​of legal and law-abiding behavior, involving the transfer of legal knowledge to students, the formation of the correct attitude towards objects of general cultural and legal activity; familiarizing students with legal culture through the organization of legal activities and the use of methods for the formation of legal consciousness based on the interaction of subjects of the educational environment, as well as law enforcement organizations; implementation of programs for the development of the legal environment within an educational institution, which will give an impulse to self-realization of the individual, will give students the opportunity to realize themselves in academic and extra-curricular activities.
