Abstract. The article considers the main factors influencing the adaptation of the company’s personnel. It is revealed that in this context, the importance of the adaptation system increases as one of the most difficult stages of employee integration into the company, which is a complex and time-consuming process that affects the outcome of achieving the goals of the enterprise and the employees themselves. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that personnel adaptation is one of the central functions of personnel management, since it is people who ensure the effective use of any types of resources available to the company, and it is people who ultimately determine its economic performance and competitiveness. It has been revealed that the purpose of the adaptation policy is to create favorable conditions for effective and rapid adaptation of new employees, contributing to increased motivation for achievements, increased professional effectiveness, as well as more active participation in the company’s activities. To assess the process of personnel adaptation in the company, an observation method was chosen, which allowed us to see changes in various indicators newly adopted by Alcoholic Siberian Group LLC during the adaptation process and evaluate the effectiveness of this process. 9 employees who are in the process of staff adaptation took part in the survey. The study of the adaptation process made it possible to identify the reason for the dismissal of employees during the adaptation period – this is a high level of stress, which indicates the lack of effectiveness of socio-psychological adaptation. The proposed measure to improve the staff adaptation process at Alcoholic Siberian Group LLC is to integrate employee stress data collected through an online platform into the adaptation system. The strategic goal of the event is to increase the productivity and quality of work of employees of Alcoholic Siberian Group LLC, reduce staff turnover and stimulate innovative thinking and sustainable development of the company through the creation of a transparent and personalized adaptation system based on data on stress and employee well-being obtained through an online platform. It is determined that the adaptation system for employees of Alcoholic Siberian Group LLC will be consistent with the company’s values, such as caring for employee health, work-life balance, and support for staff well-being. It is proposed to use the iCognito Antistress HR platform as a product. The iCognito Antistress HR platform is an innovative technological solution aimed at improving the adaptation process, taking into account the stress level of employees. The platform offers a comprehensive approach to stress management during the adjustment period, which in turn will allow the company to reduce turnover and minimize the risks of employee layoffs during the first months of work.
