Abstract. The article examines the transformation of the educational space in the context of the digitalization of society. The information environment is analyzed as a new, complex educational environment that has a decisive influence on didactic principles, teaching methods and educational processes. The purpose of the study is to identify the key features, opportunities and risks of the information educational environment, as well as to propose a conceptual framework for its effective and safe use in pedagogical practice. The methodological basis is based on systematic and interdisciplinary approaches, an analysis of modern pedagogical theories and socio-cultural studies of the digital society. A comprehensive analysis of the information environment as a new educational environment has been studied, focusing on its didactic possibilities: inverted classroom, mixed (hybrid) learning, gamification and the use of educational games, project and research activities on digital platforms. It has been established that the educational function in the new information educational environment is aimed at the formation of a digital culture of personality, including ethical, legal, psychological and technical components, taking into account opportunities and serious risks. Such as digital inequality, cyberbullying, digital security, clip thinking, digital addiction, digital alienation, substitution of real social connections, mind manipulation, disinformation, etc. To integrate the information environment into the educational process, systematic work is necessary at several levels: normative and pedagogical, didactic and methodological, personnel, psychological and educational. The results of the study indicate the need to revise traditional educational paradigms, develop new didactics focused on the formation of digital literacy, critical thinking and ethical norms of online behavior, as well as strengthen the educational function in a hybrid (online-offline) reality.
Keywords: informationenvironment, educational environment, didactics, upbringing, digital pedagogy, digital literacy, media education, hybrid learning.
