IMPROVEMENT OF EFFICIENCY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION BY PEASANT FARMS OF CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS USING GRANT SUPPORT ON THE EXAMPLE OF NOVOSIBIRSK REGION

Abstract. This article considers theoretical and methodological aspects of state support of peasant (farm) enterprises (KFUJ) in the Russian Federation and abroad. The study includes a comparative analysis of approaches to subsidizing and stimulating the development of the farming sector in different countries, with the aim of identifying effective support tools and assessing their adaptability in the Russian context. Special attention is given to grant financing mechanisms as a key element of state support for the KFC. Based on official statistics, an analysis of the dynamics and structure of granting grants to farmers in Russia was carried out, regional characteristics of distribution of funds and degree of coverage of the target audience were identified. The empirical part of the study provides the results of a sociological survey conducted among representatives of KFUK in Novosibirsk region, during which the main problems encountered in obtaining, developing and reporting on grants were identified. The authors identified the most significant problems faced by CCF at all stages of work with grant support funds that were allocated to interviewed and interviewees farmers. In conclusion, the article offers practical recommendations aimed at improving the grant system and increasing its effectiveness taking into account the needs and regional specificities of the agricultural sector. This study may be of interest to relevant regional ministries and departments, since it allows considering the object and subject of the study from the perspective of direct or potential recipients of state support programs and receiving feedback from them.
