PEDAGOGICAL POSSIBILITIES OF PROJECT ACTIVITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL WORLDVIEW OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract. In the modern educational space, project activity is becoming increasingly important as one of the effective tools for the formation of a professional and pedagogical worldview among future and working teachers. Project activities contribute not only to the qualitative development of practical skills and competencies of students, but also play an important role in a deeper understanding of pedagogical processes, values and norms necessary for the successful and effective implementation of professional activities. In this article, the author determines that project activity contributes to the formation of future teachers as competent, creatively thinking, responsible and knowledgeable specialists, and also considers the pedagogical possibilities of project activity as an effective tool for the development of the professional and pedagogical worldview of students, future teachers. The author substantiates the effectiveness of the use of project activities, both in the educational process and in the formation of a professional and pedagogical worldview, since it allows students, future teachers to gain practical experience in solving various pedagogical tasks, strengthen theoretical knowledge, develop creative thinking, reflective skills, and also form a responsible attitude to their future professional activities. The author emphasizes the importance of integrating project activities into the educational process of universities for the training of highly qualified specialists who are able to adapt to the modern requirements of the educational environment. In this article, the author presents a model of the possibility of project activities for students. The author’s model of the role of project activity for the University, students and potential employers is also given. The author cites the pedagogical possibilities of project activity and determines their influence on the formation of a professional and pedagogical worldview.
