Abstract. The international character and interlingual, polylinguistic orientation of scientific and socio-educational systems, processes, promising models of development of the sphere of research and didactics are a priori laid down by the global context of social relations. In historical terms, in the current picture, in the predicted realities – it is necessary to study, model, methodologically design significant aspects of scientific and educational resources, combining classical, innovative components of the scientific and educational sphere from the mastered and not quite studied sides. Thus, difficulties, resources, psychological and pedagogical approaches in the system of targeted support, integration, socio-educational and cultural-linguistic inclusion of foreign students are quite widely studied at all levels of modeling and provision: state, institutional, methodological, environmental, individualized. The aspects of psychological and educational compensation of cultural and educational difficulties of students from abroad, as well as overcompensatory mechanisms of international scientific and educational inclusion, another new direction in research and practice – improving the internal economy of educational organizations and environments, as well as components and resources of student groups, native speakers of the language of instruction, in multilingual, intercultural learning conditions, have not been sufficiently studied, which reduces the effectiveness of actualizing hidden opportunities and limits the prevention of internal corporate and external conflict genesis, interethnic tension in the cultural and educational space. Studying and modeling the significant processes of this cluster, the authors of the article, researchers of the Department of Pedagogy of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education UUNiT, reveal effective ways to overcome the difficulties of students and organizations in the international field of cooperation and at the same time form the conditions for the self-development of interethnic educational systems and relations, as well as axiological guidelines for further internationalization of the educational sphere.
