The paper also characterises modern learning systems used worldwide: electronic learning, flipped learning, mobile learning, blended learning, ubiquitous learning, hybrid learning, and the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages is carried out. The authors point out the similarity of terms “learning system” and “educational technology”, the latter used in Russian pedagogy, and therefore explain frequent mixture of these terms by Russian educators and analysts.
