FORMATION OF PROFESSIONALLY SIGNIFICANT QUALITIES OF STUDENTS OF THE SPECIALTY “ORGANIZATION OF WORK WITH YOUTH”: DEONTOLOGICAL ASPECT

Annotation. In the presented scientific article the problem of formation of professionally significant qualities among students in the field of training “Organization of work with youth” is considered. According to the basic legal documents regulating the process of vocational training and work activity of the organizers of work with youth, organizational, managerial, creative, communicative and research (cognitive activity) qualities are singled out as the main professionally significant qualities. The theoretical analysis of the professional qualities of a specialist in working with young people showed that the main ones are: organizational, managerial, communicative, creative qualities, as well as cognitive activity in the work activity. They allow the young specialist in this sphere to effectively carry out their labor and professional activities, solve the labor tasks, build a dialogue between society and the youth. The presented results of the theoretical analysis of the main professionally significant qualities of the youth worker from the standpoint of the deontological approach in teaching allowed to make a conclusion about the need to develop the deontological culture of the organizer of work with the youth.
