THE POSSIBILITY OF INCLUDING STUDENTS IN THE SOLUTION OF REGIONAL AND FEDERAL ISSUESS IN EDUCATION

Abstract. There is justified and described the practice-oriented model of interaction between universities providing teacher training and executive bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation exercising the state control in the sphere of education. The authors believe that educational universities should be a resource for solving actual problems of education and the sources of pedagogical innovations. This is can be achieved by increasing the practical orientation of professional training through inclusion in educational programs different types of practices, performing of scientific research projects commissioned by the executive authorities and educational organizations, inclusion of students in realization of regional and Federal projects, development of student volunteering. The authors are convinced that the introduction of the developed model in the process of professional training of future specialists will, on the one hand, improve the quality of higher education and ensure the formation of active citizenship among students, increase their motivation for serving the benefit of Russia, the development of patriotism, and, on the other hand, the solution of state problems in the sphere of education.
