STATE YOUTH POLICY IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE MODERN WORLD

Annotation. The article analyzes theoretical and practical experience in the implementation of the state youth policy at the international level Discusses global trends in the development of youth policy of individual States in the context of new geopolitical realities. Special attention is paid to the design of domestic youth policy, taking into account the priorities of the Fundamentals of the state youth policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025. The authors came to the conclusion that the main task of the European youth policy is to create conditions for a positive transition from youth to adulthood, characterized primarily by independence and responsibility. This means that the youth policy of the European Union should focus on supporting the independence and initiative of the youth, on creating, first, opportunities for young people, and secondly, on the formation of resources and motivation for using these opportunities. The development of bilateral and multilateral cooperation with the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (hereinafter referred to as the CIS member states) in the cultural and humanitarian sphere with the aim of preserving and enhancing the common cultural and civilizational heritage is currently a priority area of ​​the Russian Federation’s foreign policy.
