Abstract. The article discusses the essence of the military-pedagogical orientation of the professional training of contract servicemen in the training centers of military universities (UC universities) of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (RF Armed Forces). The conditions and the sequence of its formation during the educational process of the future junior commanders of the RF Armed Forces are determined. The authors consider the military pedagogical orientation from the perspective of an integrated approach. The military-pedagogical orientation of the training of future contract servicemen is a complex socio-psychological complex, including: pedagogical goals and objectives; a system of worldviews, ideals and beliefs expressed in respect for subordinates, including the internal need to engage in military pedagogical activities, all that determines the high performance of contract servicemen. The military-pedagogical orientation includes interconnected components: motivational-targeted, substantive-substantive, cognitive-operational, evaluative-corrective, and reflective-prognostic, which, in their organic unity, form the integrity of the system, which allows to solve multidimensional pedagogical tasks of professional training at a high level of efficiency junior commanders from among the military personnel under the contract in the conditions of a higher education center. The author comes to the conclusion that the solution to the problem of the formation of a military-pedagogical orientation in teaching UC higher educational institutions from among military personnel under contract in theoretical and practical terms will contribute to the implementation of the personnel policy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, increase the combat readiness of units and divisions.
