Abstract. The article addresses the problem of integrating polysubject interaction systems in the pedagogical support of social adaptation of first-year students in secondary vocational education (hereinafter referred to as SVE). The relevance of the study is due to the growing importance of SVE in the vocational training system and the need to improve adaptation mechanisms, since a contradiction has been identified between the need of first-year students for systemic support and the fragmentation of existing practices of polysubject interaction. The purpose of the work is to provide a theoretical substantiation and develop a model for integrating polysubject interaction systems as the basis for the social adaptation of first-year SVE students, in which the curator performs a coordinating function, ensuring the consistency of actions of all participants. The methodological basis of the study was an integrated approach combining systemic, personality-activity, axiological, and competency-based approaches. Theoretical methods included literature analysis, systematization, and modeling; empirical methods included questionnaires, surveys, and content analysis of interaction practices among subjects of the adaptation process. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a holistic model for integrating polysubject interaction systems, which includes conceptual-target, content-process, organizational-managerial, infrastructural-resource, and criteria-evaluation blocks, with the social adaptation process as its core. The scope of application of the results is the activity of coordinators of polysubject interaction in vocational educational institutions of the SVE system. The findings of the study confirm that the success of social adaptation of first-year students directly depends on the degree of integration of polysubject interaction systems, and the developed model makes it possible to systematize this process and increase its effectiveness.
