Abstract. The modernization of the educational and upbringing processes requires additional resources for supporting gifted children. The importance of an individual approach to the education and development of talented students is emphasized, as well as the role of a tutor in creating optimal conditions for their self-realization. The main tasks of a tutor in supporting a gifted child are specified. Technologies, methods, and indicators of the success of tutor activities are presented. In this study, the tutor support for gifted children is based on the need to create an individualized educational route that promotes the development of creative thinking, engineering skills, and scientific activity, as well as to support and encourage the interest in STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) through the integration of practical projects, mentoring, and the development of critical thinking. The purpose of the study is to identify the essence of tutor support for gifted children of early adolescence in a general education organization. The methodological basis of the study is based on fundamental research in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, and sociology, which includes an activity-based, systemic, and personality-oriented approach. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the systematization of the elements of tutor support for gifted children in a general education organization, which allows for expanded opportunities for interaction between the tutor and the student. Conclusion. For the best results of tutor support, it is necessary to actively involve parents to provide additional support for children, increase motivation, and create a unified educational environment where schools, families, and external resources work together to achieve common goals.
