Abstract. In the context of rapid technological advancement, corporate education faces the urgent need to adapt to new digital realities. In this article the key aspects of digital transformation in the corporate learning sector are thoroughly examined. The author emphasizes that digitalization is not merely the implementation of new tools but a comprehensive process involving changes in pedagogical approaches, the development of technological infrastructure, transformation of management strategies, and the enhancement of digital literacy among all participants in the educational process. A central focus of the study is the analysis of current challenges in digital transformation, including the digital divide, a lack of professional competencies among educators, insufficient infrastructure readiness, and cybersecurity threats. Particular attention is given to the importance of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the necessity of an ethically grounded approach to digital learning. The article offers a range of solutions to increase the effectiveness of digital transformation in corporate education—from implementing blended learning models and personalized learning paths to ensuring equal access to digital resources and promoting professional development programs. According to the author, the development of a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous professional growth is a key component of successful transformation. The findings of this research have practical value for both public and private educational institutions. The author concludes that, if approached comprehensively and thoughtfully, digital transformation has the potential not only to improve the quality of education but also to ensure the sustainable development of corporate learning in the face of global technological and social change.
