Abstract. The formation of an information security culture is an important aspect of the activities of any modern organization. The effectiveness of corporate training significantly depends on the methods used to transfer knowledge to employees. One of the promising approaches is checklists and infographics, which allow for a structured presentation of key aspects of information security, increase employee awareness and ensure compliance with the necessary information security measures. This article explores the benefits of using data visualization such as checklists, infographics, and ancillary materials in the workplace. Their impact on increasing productivity, reducing errors, standardizing work processes, and improving the quality of employee work is considered. The advantages of these tools are considered, such as the visual presentation of the material, the ease of perception of complex concepts and the ability to quickly monitor compliance with requirements. Recommendations are given on the development and implementation of checklists and infographics in the corporate training system, aimed at increasing employee awareness and reducing the risks of confidential information leakage. Infographics and checklists help minimize the human factor, simplify task control, and increase teamwork efficiency. Special attention is paid to the use of these tools in large international companies and examples are given. As part of the study, an experiment was conducted aimed at raising employee awareness of cyber threats. Checklists, infographics, and visual reminders have been developed that provide recommendations for detecting phishing attacks and protecting corporate information. As a result of the use of these materials, the level of cyber awareness of employees has increased, and the number of successful attacks has decreased. A real test of the company’s resilience to threats showed that thanks to the implemented measures, it was possible to prevent financial losses during the attempted cyberattack. Information visualization, namely checklists, infographics, play an important role in the modern world, helping companies and organizations to increase their security and awareness in a rapidly developing digital world.
