FORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL COMPETENCES OF LOGISTICS MANAGERS BASED ON THE GAME SIMULATION METHOD

Abstract. The relevance of this scientific research is due to the changes taking place in the modern system of higher education, in the reorientation of educational processes towards practical training, in increasing the requirements of the real sector for graduates of bachelor’s degree programs in logistics. A business simulation game as a means of forming professional competencies of logistics managers meets the modern requirements of the educational process, since it meets the principles of andragogy (adult learning), is focused on practice-oriented learning, takes into account the experience of students and allows them to immediately apply knowledge in simulated professional situations of a problematic nature, meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education and professional standards, where the emphasis is on a competence-based approach, that is, the ability to solve real problems. The purpose of this study is to update and justify the use of a business simulation game to form organizational and analytical competencies of logistics managers in the field of transport. The article used the method of analyzing scientific literature and advanced psychological and pedagogical experience on the research problem. The author of the article revealed the essence of a business game as a simulation method of active and interactive learning in vocational education; The criteria that a business simulation game must meet as a means of forming the organizational and analytical component of professional competencies of logistics managers in the field of transport are defined; and the results of experimental work on forming the organizational and analytical component of professional competencies of logistics managers in the field of transport by means of the game simulation method are presented.
