IMPLEMENTATION OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF SOCIAL AND LEGAL CULTURE OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOL MEDIA SPACE

Abstract. The article describes the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of socio-legal culture of high school students in the school media space and presents the features of their development, forms and methods of implementation within the framework of the introduction of the comprehensive program “Socio-legal culture of the individual in the new digital society” and the special course “Law, law and teenager”. The acquisition of socio-legal knowledge, socio-legal information by means of media education, extracted from the mass media, i.e. socio-legal education and the formation of socio-legal culture in high school students was built by us on the basis of a practice-oriented approach and an ethical and legal approach, an integrative and informational approach focusing on the study of socio-legal culture, human rights and responsibilities, mechanisms for their implementation and protection. To successfully solve the problems under study and reliably verify the hypothetical assumptions of the authors, theoretical and empirical methods were used. The article describes the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of developing the socio-legal culture of high school students in the school media space and experimentally tested their effectiveness on the basis of MCOU “Secondary School No. 62” in Cheboksary. The authors defined and implemented pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of socio-legal culture of high school students; organized socio-legal training in order to develop media literacy of schoolchildren and their parents, legal education based on an interdisciplinary approach; created an educational and legal environment by organizing a school media space. The study showed that the most effective pedagogical conditions for the formation of socio-legal culture of high school students in the school media space are: development and implementation of a comprehensive program of socio-legal education of students “Law, Law and Teenager”; creation of a school media space for the formation of legal awareness and legal behavior; information media education; organization of social partnership of all subjects of the educational space.
