THE ESSENCE AND CONTENT OF THE FORMATION OF METHODOLOGICAL SKILLS IN THE STRUCTURE OF PHYSICAL FITNESS OF FUTURE OFFICERS

Abstract. The relevance of the problem. For a modern officer to effectively perform the tasks of the service, it is necessary to have stable skills to manage the professional activities of military personnel of various categories, their training and upbringing. As the study showed, a significant part of young officers acquire the required skills during military service already in the officer rank, which indicates the presence of a problem expressed in the contradiction between the requirements for the formation of methodical skills and skills among officers and insufficient justification of their essence and content as an important component in the structure of physical fitness of future officers of the National Guard troops Of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the work is to reveal and characterize the essence of methodological skills as a structural component of the physical fitness of future officers of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. Methods. During the preparation of the article, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific literature, study and analysis of statistics, generalization method, conversation, survey. The scope of the results. The results of the study can be used in the interests of improving the process of forming physical fitness as the basis for the professional training of future officers. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the essence and content of the process of formation of methodological skills in the structure of physical fitness of future officers of the National Guard of the Russian Federation are clarified, practical recommendations for improving the process under study are developed and presented.  Conclusions. Clarifying the essence and structure of the formation of methodological skills of cadets contributes to the improvement of pedagogical interaction from the perspective of requirements for the level of physical fitness as the basis for the professional training of future officers of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
