Abstract. The article is devoted to an urgent problem – improving the rehabilitation assistance to minors who abuse psychoactive substances (drugs, alcohol and other addictive drugs). In the context of modern ideas about the family, the impact technologies at the stage of family rehabilitation are considered in accordance with the phase dynamics of the family of a minor who is abusing psychoactive substances. Tasks of family rehabilitation: diagnosis of bio-psycho-social status of each family member; individual correction of the bio-psycho-social status of each family member; therapeutic integration of the family with the creation of a rehabilitation environment; diagnostics of the bio-psycho-social status of the family and the immediate social environment; correction of relationships and communication in the family and in the immediate social environment; family reintegration into a real macro-socium; bio-psycho-social support of the family in the post-rehabilitation period. The listed tasks are directly related to the stages of family rehabilitation: the first stage – individual work with each family member; the second stage – work with the participation of the family and significant other persons; the third stage – work with the family during the reintegration into the macro-society; the fourth stage is work with the family in the post-rehabilitation period. The process of self-regulation and self-monitoring of a person’s functional state is more effectively carried out on the basis of biocontrol with the methods of introducing biofeedback, which provides additional sensory control over physiological processes with the development of associative regulation skills. The possibility of regulating heart rate, blood pressure, vascular tone, skin temperature, motor reactions of the gastrointestinal tract, and nervous processes is shown. The presented material is devoted to individual psychocorrectional influences in the process of family rehabilitation.

Keywords: family rehabilitation, rehabilitation stages, dependence on psychoactive substances, addictive behavior, codependency.
