MODEL OF READINESS OF THE FUTURE OFFICER OF THE TROOPS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF RUSSIA TO THE PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION WITH THE SUBMINED

Abstract. The purpose of the work is to develop a model of the readiness of the future officer of the National Guard troops of Russia for pedagogical interaction with subordinates. The training of officers for pedagogical interaction is considered by us as a set of activities that are aimed at creating and implementing a methodical system based on a variety of didactic support, ensuring the solution of tasks related to the formation of competences for preparing for the officer’s activities. The article presents the organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effectiveness of the pedagogical interaction of officers with subordinates, and also clarifies the conceptual apparatus aimed at organizing this training. The application of the developed structural-functional model will increase the level of readiness of future officers of the National Guard troops for pedagogical interaction with subordinates.
