Abstract. The article deals with the problem of revealing interrelation and regularity of regional innovative development on the basis of conjugate analysis of economic and social processes in the conditions of innovative development. The authors of the article propose to apply a new paradigm of analysis of socio-economic processes in time and in space – socio-Economics to solve the above-mentioned problem. Application of methods of scientific cognition: methods of analysis, synthesis, comparative research, logical analysis, hypotheses, inductive and deductive analysis allowed to reveal the basic interrelation in regional innovative development in modern conditions – regional innovative development should be determined as a complex result of cooperation and development of all components of the innovation system, both in the social space of the region and the economic space of the region, as well as in social and economic time.
