TRANSFORMATION OF CONSTRUCTION MARKETING IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY CONDITIONS

Abstract. In the article the main trends in the development of construction companies’ marketing activities in the digital economy are discussed. The research shows the specificity of construction companies’ marketing, which determines the features of communication with the target consumer. The results of the conducted analysis show that there is a significant shift of potential buyers’ search activity of the construction product in to the field of Internet technologies, which makes popular the tools of Internet communication with the consumer. The considered advantages of Internet communication channels allow us to draw conclusions about the feasibility of their active inclusion in the system of construction enterprises’ marketing communications.
