 Аннотация. На сегодняшний день, агропромышленный комплекс является одним из приоритетных направлений развития экономики РФ. Являясь системообразующей отраслью в хозяйстве страны и социальной жизни общества, он отличается размерами материально-технической базы, масштабами и широтой размещения производства, количеством занятых. Цель исследования: определить место агропромышленных кластеров в системе цифровизации экономической системы Российской Федерации, обозначить роль агропромышленного комплекта в решении стратегических задач, поставленных руководством страны. Методы исследования: авторами проведено большое исследование зарубежных и отечественных научных работ, посвященных институциональному и кластерному анализу, а также принципам локализации и регионализации аграрного сектора экономики. Результаты исследования: в статье подчеркивается необходимость повышения эффективности отечественного агропромышленного комплекса посредством внедрения цифровых технологий и формировании единого информационного пространства в рамках агропромышленных кластеров, направленных на повышение конкурентоспособности страны, улучшение инвестиционной привлекательности регионов, усиление продовольственной безопасности страны. В заключении авторы установили, что агропромышленные кластеры являются наиболее эффективной формой взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов в российском аграрном секторе за счет создания синергетического эффекта посредством взаимодействия трех институциональных секторов – науки, бизнеса и государства. Предложены основные направления и формы взаимодействия субъектов АПК, с учетом Государственной программы развития сельского хозяйства и регулирования рынков сельскохозяйственной продукции, сырья и продовольствия на 2013-2020 годы, а также Прогноза научно-технологического развития агропромышленного комплекса РФ до 2030 года.
