THE TECHNOLOGY OF STIMULATING SELF-EDUCATION OF MORAL AND VOLITIONAL QUALITIES IN CADETS AND THE CONDITIONS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract. The article presents the technology of stimulating self-education of moral and volitional qualities in cadets of military universities. The author takes the position of the need to choose the optimal forms, methods, and means of stimulating self-education that contribute to the formation of moral and volitional qualities in cadets. Despite the growing demands on the personal and individual qualities of cadets, which are important for the successful completion of the task assigned to them, at present, the technology of forming their moral and volitional qualities has not been developed. In this regard, the problem of developing such a technology is of particular interest. It is the influence on the motivation of cadets to carry out active, purposeful and systematic work on themselves that contributes to the formation of moral and volitional qualities that serve as the basis for the comprehensive development of the individual. The purpose of the work was to develop a technology that contributes to the formation of moral and volitional qualities in cadets of military universities. The methodology of the work includes: – theoretical – analysis of the military, psychological and pedagogical domestic and foreign literature; analysis of information resources of the Internet on the topic of research; study and generalization of information; the analogy and comparison, modeling, theoretical generalization of the research results; – empirical – study and generalization of pedagogical experience; research methods (interview, questionnaire); pedagogical observation; testing; pedagogical experiment; methods of statistical processing of experimental data. The results of the study can be applied by the teaching staff of military universities in order to form moral and volitional qualities in cadets.
