Abstract. The article analyzes the possibilities of using gamification within the system of scientific and methodological support for the activities of the advisor to the school principal for educational work. The relevance of the study is determined by the transformation of educational and upbringing practices in educational organizations and the need to identify effective tools for increasing teachers’ professional motivation and improving the quality of designing educational events. In the context of the modernization of the regulatory framework for educational and upbringing activities, the role of the advisor to the school principal for educational work is increasing as a coordinator, methodologist, and facilitator of pedagogical interaction. At the same time, traditional forms of methodological support are often characterized by standardization and insufficient involvement of teachers. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical justification and empirical verification of the potential of gamification as a tool for scientific and methodological support for the activities of the advisor to the school principal for educational work. The methodological basis of the research includes the principles of the cultural-historical and activity-based approaches, the concept of personality subjectivity development, and contemporary studies in the field of educational motivation. The study employs methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparative analysis of pedagogical approaches, as well as empirical research methods, including teacher surveys, analysis of plans for educational events, and observation. The theoretical analysis made it possible to define gamification as the use of game mechanics and elements of game design in non-game educational contexts in order to increase motivation, engagement, and professional effectiveness. It is shown that the game-based logic of organizing methodological work contributes to the activation of teachers’ professional reflection, the development of initiative, and the formation of a subject position among participants in the educational процесса.
