Abstract. In the modern world, a foreign language is not only part of a particular culture but also a guarantee of students’ future professional success, closely linked to the growing demand for specialists proficient in foreign languages. In today’s world, proficiency in a foreign language (FL) is becoming as important as the development of digital competence. Students acquiring digital and linguistic skills paves the way for effective individualized learning and provide numerous opportunities for accessing diverse information. The aim of this article is to analyze digital technologies used to achieve individualization of the educational process and ensure effective individualized FL learning. Methods: The study is based on literature review, comparative analysis, and systemic analysis. Publications examining the use of digital technologies for the individualization of the educational process, including FL learning, served as the source material for the study. Results: An analysis of scientific sources revealed that digital technologies are an important tool in the teaching and learning of foreign languages, as they ensure effective individualized education. The novelty of the study lies in its systematization of digital technologies for ensuring individualized foreign language learning. Conclusions: The use of digital technologies in foreign language teaching helps increase student motivation, intensify the learning process, and provide access to high-quality educational resources. The integration of digital technologies into the learning process creates opportunities for effective individualization, an integral component of the modern educational process.
