Abstract. The presented study examines a significant issue of the formation of corporate and business culture as a fundamental aspect of the professional training of bachelors specializing in the field of documentation and archival science. An in-depth analysis of the range of pedagogical techniques aimed at improving students’ not only highly specialized competencies, but also flexible skills (Soft Skills), professional values and ethical standards in demand in modern society is carried out. A systematic approach was used as a methodological basis, which made it possible to classify pedagogical technologies in accordance with their functional purpose. The paper examines in detail four interrelated categories: interactive and practice-oriented technologies (case analysis, business games, project activities and problem-based learning, industrial practice, expert seminars, the use of specialized software), information and communication technologies (distance learning courses, webinars), as well as technologies focused on the development of personal characteristics. and introspection skills (kaizen methodology, Soft Skills development trainings, mentoring, building a portfolio of achievements). The results of the analysis indicate that it is the synergistic use of the above technologies, incorporated into the educational process, that ensures the qualitative development of corporate ethics standards, the development of communicative competencies and the formation of professional identity. The key conclusion of the study is that the proposed integrated approach directly contributes to the effective adaptation of graduates to the demands of employers and the requirements of professional standards, thereby increasing their competitiveness in the labor market in the field of documentation and archival management.
