Abstract. This article presents a comprehensive pedagogical model for developing the professional worldview of future physicians through professionally oriented language training at a medical university. The relevance of this study is determined by current trends in the development of higher medical education associated with the need to train specialists capable of interacting in the new world, a multicultural professional environment, and a multilingual medical community. Modern physicians must possess not only knowledge and professional skills but also a developed professional worldview, including a system of value orientations, humanistic attitudes, ethical norms, and a conscious understanding of the social mission of medicine. Forming the professional worldview of future physicians is viewed as a complex and multifaceted process, encompassing intellectual, emotional-value, and behavioral components. The developed model includes six interconnected blocks: target, methodological, substantive-organizational, procedural, criteria-evaluation, and correctional. Each of these blocks performs a specific function and, together, ensures the integrity of the pedagogical process. The methodological foundations include value-based, personality-oriented, cultural, competency-based, activity-based, and holistic approaches, reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of the study and its focus on developing future physicians as culturally and socially responsible professionals. The model is based on the principles of professional orientation, cultural appropriateness, scientific approach, interdisciplinary integration, intercultural communication, and the humanization of education. The pedagogical conditions for implementing the model include professionally oriented language training, contextualization of learning, individualization of the educational process, and the introduction of a service-learning concept that promotes empathy, altruism, and professional self-awareness. The process of developing a professional worldview is presented in three stages: adaptive-motivational, cognitive-activity-based, and self-actualization. The implementation of this model in the educational practices of medical universities improves the quality of professional training, strengthens humanistic values, and develops a new generation of physicians capable of successfully working in the global professional environment.
