Abstract. This paper examines the process of creating an educational infrastructure in primary schools. Educational modeling is the development and implementation of the best conditions for learning, taking into account the tasks, topics of classes, techniques, methods of building the educational process, as well as the characteristics of students and teachers. Within the framework of primary education, this implies the formation of an environment that stimulates the harmonious development of students, the acquisition of necessary knowledge, abilities and skills, as well as the formation of core competencies required for effective adaptation in modern life. During the experimental work, diagnostic tools were created, and the first stage of research using them began. A study conducted at a municipal budgetary educational institution, the Nikolai Alexandrovich Degtyarev Secondary School in the village of Staropetrovo in the Birsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan, showed that current conditions for students and teachers do not always meet the established assessment criteria. Our research has revealed that the existing conditions for students and teaching staff do not fully correspond to the established assessment parameters. This discrepancy is due to insufficient implementation of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education (FGOS NOO), which emphasizes the need for a systematic approach to designing the educational environment, including the integration of digital technologies and teacher training. The results of the experiment confirm the effectiveness of innovative methods in creating a favorable atmosphere that promotes the growth of motivation of schoolchildren and improves the psychological climate, however, they require further monitoring and development of the institution’s resources.
