Abstract. The article provides a detailed analysis of the relationship between the effectiveness of the comprehensive strength training system for military personnel and the quality of their theoretical training, as well as the level of development of their motor skills and abilities. The successful development of this system is directly influenced by the depth of knowledge acquired and the level of mastery of practical skills. The study examines the impact of a physical exercise system that includes the technique of additional activation of sensory systems on the overall physical fitness of military personnel. Special attention is given to the study of the influence of specific training methods on improving the functional capabilities of military personnel. The article presents a detailed set of targeted physical exercises, the systematic execution of which significantly improves the physical performance of military personnel. This training method has proven to be effective in practical application. The significance of this study is determined by the urgent need to improve the system of special physical training for military personnel, which is due to the current requirements for physical readiness and the need to constantly improve their professional skills. It is assumed that the systematic use of these training programs will lead to a significant increase in the level of physical fitness among military personnel. The results of the pedagogical experiment demonstrate that the initial lack of significant differences between the control and experimental groups was replaced by statistically significant differences after the study, which confirms the effectiveness of the methods and approaches used in the experimental work. The results in the experimental group demonstrated not just a significant improvement, but also a significant progress in the development of physical qualities, a significant increase in the level of physical fitness, qualitative changes in the test results, and a noticeable improvement in the results compared to the initial data. Based on the results of this study, it is safe to say that the author’s approach to the development of an integrated strength training system, which is based on the method of additional mobilization of the analyzers, is effective. This comprehensive approach has led to significant progress in improving the physical fitness of personnel.
