STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS BASED ON MEDIA-ORIENTED APPROACH

Abstract. The article considers the key aspects that determine the relevance of the topic related to the transformation and modernization of professional training of university students. The author notes that in the context of globalization and informatization, when communication skills and media competence become key factors of professional success, there is a need for future graduates to develop the ability to establish productive interpersonal and professional interactions. Media competence includes not only the ability to operate information flows, but also the ability to critically perceive media content, as well as to effectively communicate in various digital environments. An important aspect is the development of teamwork skills, empathy, active listening and motivational impact. Media competence thus becomes an integral component of professional training, ensuring the adaptation of graduates to the requirements of the digital age and their successful integration into the professional environment. In this regard, the modern system of higher education faces the need for in-depth scientific research aimed at developing innovative methodological approaches to professional training of future specialists, which can ensure a high level of professional competence of graduates of the University. Integration of the latest scientific achievements in the educational process contributes to the formation of students ‘ complex competencies that meet modern requirements of the labor market. Innovative pedagogical technologies significantly improve the quality of training of specialists, ensuring their high competitiveness in the international arena. The introduction of science-based approaches to teaching allows not only to improve the level of professional training, but also contributes to the formation of students ‘ critical thinking, research skills and the ability to independently solve complex professional problems. The article highlights the importance of developing the problem of conceptual justification of the media-oriented approach, and its implementation through the structural and functional model of professional training of university students. Marked with its components and blocks based on a media-oriented approach, as well as the stages of its implementation.
