Abstract. The relevance of this scientific research is due to the changes taking place in modern society, in family relationships and in educational institutions as a result of the impact of multidirectional factors on the consciousness and behavior of adolescent students who find themselves vulnerable to uncertainty and instability permeating both current reality and future prospects. The purpose of the article is to analyze the characteristics of a student in adolescence who is faced with the difficulties of changing personal interaction in the process of adaptation at school, with life situations caused by stress. Creative projects and role-playing games in a supportive environment contribute to the formation of a teenager’s resilience and its improvement on the way to adulthood. The skills of self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-esteem, social support, goal setting, sociability, optimism and a sense of humor are at the heart of the formation of a teenager’s resilience in the process of interacting with the environment.
