Abstract. The article considers a comparison of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional and value orientations among students of pedagogical universities in Russia and China based on the selected parameters. The position is substantiated that organizational and pedagogical conditions are understood as factors influencing the spatial and organizational environment of the university, determining the results and quality of the pedagogical process and ensuring the formation of professional self-awareness and professional value attitudes of the individual in relation to the subjects of activity among students of pedagogical universities in Russia and China, which allows for a humanistic style of professional pedagogical activity. The purpose of the study is to compare the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional and value orientations among students of pedagogical universities in Russia and China. The research focuses on the method of theoretical analysis of scientific papers, which made it possible to determine the essence of organizational and pedagogical conditions as one of the basic categories of pedagogy. Using the content analysis of curricula and plans of Russian and Chinese pedagogical universities, the article identifies the organizational and pedagogical conditions characteristic of the Russian and Chinese pedagogical systems for the formation of students’ professional and value orientations. As a result of the research, the characteristic national features of the pedagogical process of forming the professional and value orientations of students of the two countries are substantiated based on organizational and pedagogical comparative parameters. In Russia, students develop professional and value orientations in the course of educational activities (during classes and practical training) and educational extracurricular activities. In China, in addition to educational activities, attention is paid to the interaction of students with teachers and school principals, undergraduates, and the pedagogical process itself is inextricably linked to the ideology of the country. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional and value orientations of future teachers in universities in Russia and China are compared. The findings can be used in the pedagogical and methodological work of universities that train future teachers.
