PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF MUSIC TEACHERS IN CHINA BASED ON THE PRINCIPLE OF INTERDISCIPLINARITY

Abstract. The article examines the pedagogical conditions of professional training of music teachers in China based on the principle of interdisciplinarity for educational institutions. The purpose of the article is to consider the pedagogical conditions of professional training of music teachers in China based on the principle of interdisciplinarity. Research methods: the method of theoretical analysis of scientific literature, the method of modeling, the method of interdisciplinary integration was used to combine knowledge of various sciences and create a modular educational program. Results: the principle of interdisciplinarity is theoretically substantiated as the main pedagogical condition for the professional training of music teachers in China to meet the needs of educational institutions; the types and content of pedagogical conditions for the professional training of music teachers in China based on the principle of interdisciplinarity are proposed.: 1) pedagogical model; 2) modular educational program; 3) pedagogical teaching methods; 4) systems for evaluating learning outcomes by modules. Pedagogical conditions are understood as a set of objective opportunities to change the content of education, forms, methods, and information technology environment of education aimed at solving problems in the pedagogical practice of music teachers in educational institutions in China.
