FORMATION OF LEADERSHIP QUALITIES OF TEENAGERS IN THE CONDITIONS OF A CHILDREN’S HEALTH CAMP

Abstract. The article is devoted to the important topic of the formation of leadership qualities in adolescents in the context of children’s recreation in camps. The author emphasizes that the unique environment of the children’s camp promotes the development of adolescents’ skills and abilities necessary for a modern leader. The article emphasizes that in the conditions of the camp, teenagers have the opportunity to show initiative, team spirit and responsibility, which are the main components of leadership potential. A special emphasis in the article is placed on the stages of developing leadership skills that can be applied in summer camps when working with teenagers. The key idea of the article is that a children’s health camp is not just a place to relax, but also a platform for meaningful personal growth and the formation of leadership skills, which opens up wide horizons for the future of young people. The author notes that the work of teachers in the camp on the formation of leadership qualities should not be limited to theoretical studies, but should include
