STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF FORMATION OF PROJECT-RESEARCH COMPETENCES IN FUTURE TEACHERS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Abstract. In the article, based on the tasks of training the personnel reserve and increasing the intellectual potential of Russia, which ensure further economic development in the conditions of strong sanctions pressure and the resulting deficit of engineering and technology, the article substantiates the necessity of forming project-research competences in future teachers of vocational education. At present, the problem of training of bachelors of vocational education for project and research activities is widely covered in the literature, but at the same time, there are practically no studies on the formation of these competences in the complex and taking into account the transprofessional nature of the activities of this specialist. The aim of the research is to develop a structural and functional model of the formation of the phenomenon in question and to give its theoretical justification on the basis of the essence and structure of design and research competences of a vocational teacher, as well as to analyse the models of formation of various aspects of professional competence of this specialist. In the process of the research we used general scientific methods, provisions of system, complex and activity methodological approaches, as well as the method of modelling. The obtained results contribute to the development of theoretical foundations for the formation of project-research competences of future teachers of vocational education, as well as the overall improvement of their professional training.
