SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP AS A TOOL FOR DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL PATRIOTISM AMONG YOUTH: THE EXPERIENCE OF THE SVERDLOVSK REGION

Abstract. The problem of the research is caused by a contradiction: on the one hand, social partnership has the potential to become an effective tool for the formation of professional patriotism among young people, combining the efforts of the state, business and educational institutions. On the other hand, modern youth demonstrates a decrease in interest in traditional values, prioritizing personal freedoms and family values. This contradiction between personal and social values requires a search for new approaches to the education of patriotism through social partnership. The purpose of the article is to analyze the value orientations of young people and develop recommendations for the formation of professional patriotism among young workers through social partnership using the example of the Sverdlovsk region. The study was conducted using the methods of analysis of theoretical sources, questionnaires of young people and comparative analysis of data. As a result of the study, the main value orientations of young people, the level of trust in government institutions and attitudes towards creative work were identified. Based on these data, social partnership mechanisms were developed to strengthen patriotic sentiments among young workers. The results obtained can be used: by government agencies to develop patriotic education programs; enterprises to form a corporate culture and increase motivation of young workers and foster professional patriotism; educational institutions to include new modules in curricula aimed at developing professional patriotism. The novelty of the study lies in the proposal of a comprehensive system of social partnership that unites state, educational and corporate structures to foster professional patriotism among young people. The findings of the study indicate that social partnership can become an effective tool for strengthening patriotic sentiments among young people through creative work and value orientations.
