Abstract. Networking of educational organizations in the context of globalization, internationalization and digitalization is becoming a key factor in improving the quality of education and training highly qualified specialists. On the scale of globalization, the boundaries of the educational space are being erased, provided that educational organizations adapt to world standards. Internationalization of education involves integrating international perspectives into curricula and creating opportunities for academic mobility. There is a distinction between internal and external internationalization. Internal internationalization acts as a form of education export, and involves attracting foreign students to the educational environment in order to study in joint adapted international programs. The global nature of relations in various national systems is emphasized by external internationalization. Digitalization, in turn, provides powerful tools for networking, providing access to educational resources and platforms regardless of geographical location. Networking is becoming a prerequisite for the successful adaptation of educational institutions to the challenges of modern society. The advantages of a network partnership are obvious: exchange of experience and best practices, mutually beneficial use of the resource base, effective communication in research activities, which contributes to the enrichment of the educational process and the formation of global thinking among students [14]. The article reveals the principles of networking between educational organizations at the international and national levels. Adapted models of integrated interaction of partner universities are presented. Along with the advantages of networking, a range of regulatory, financial, economic, organizational and managerial tasks is outlined.

Keywords: higher education, network learning, joint programs, partner universities, academic mobility, collaborative development algorithm, educational program.
