FORMATION OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL FOUNDATIONS OF ORIENTATION OF FUTURE PRESCHOOL TEACHERS TOWARDS SUCCESSFUL ACHIEVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL LONGEVITY

Abstract. Society’s need for preschool teachers who are able to carry out professional activities in conditions of continuous changes in the childhood space, requirements for the personality of the educator, his professional competence while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness throughout his entire career.Goal articles is to analyze the pedagogical experience gained at Lugansk State Pedagogical University in the formation of the spiritual and moral foundations of orientation of future preschool teachers to successfully achieve professional longevity. The study is based on the analysis of modern works that examine various aspects of professional longevity and the preparation of future teachers for his successful achievement, and it is also based on generalization of the authors’ pedagogical experience in solving this problem. Professional training of future preschool teachers is aimed not only at acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities, but also at forming the spiritual and moral foundations for mastering a profession, which contributes to the development of students’ ability to cope with stress, resist the development of emotional burnout syndrome and follow the path to achieving professional longevity. It is concluded that an important condition for the preparation of a competent preschool teacher is the formation of a system of knowledge and skills that contribute to the development of coping behavior, ensuring productive activity in stressful situations and the successful achievement of professional longevity.
