DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF RUSSIAN LANGUAGE TEACHERS FOR UNIVERSITIES IN CHINA BASED ON THE COUNTRY’S REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

Abstract. The article considers the development directions of professional training of Russian language teachers for universities in China based on the country’s regulatory documents. There is a growing demand for specialists with Russian language skills in the Chinese market of human resources. However, the current training quality of graduates of Russian-language programs in Chinese universities does not always meet market demands. Most of the studies are devoted to one of the components of the professional training process of Russian language teachers for Chinese universities – the methodology of teaching Russian, but practically the process of professional training of these specialists is not investigated. The aim of the research is to determine the development directions of professional training of Russian language teachers for Chinese universities based on regulatory documents. On the basis of the legal analysis method, we studied Chinese regulatory documents, including: training of students in the speciality of Russian language; professional development of university teachers; professional requirements for Russian language teachers in Chinese universities. Result of the research. The following development directions of professional training of Russian language teachers for Chinese universities were identified: 1) training of Russian language teachers on an interdisciplinary basis; 2) introduction of innovative practices in the training process; 3) international cooperation and standardization of training quality; 4) planning of career trajectories of Russian language teachers; 5) formation of ideological and ethical concepts of professional training of Russian language teachers for Chinese universities.
