COOPERATION OF TEACHERS WORKING IN A SPECIALIZED CLASS WITH A PEDAGOGICAL FOCUS: CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE CONCEPT

Abstract. In modern educational institutions, more and more attention is paid to the work of teachers in a team and team building, which reflects the importance of cooperation between teachers for their professional development and improving the quality of education. However, despite the importance of pedagogical teams and high-quality interaction of teachers, discussions are still underway about exactly how these teams should be formed, exactly how responsibilities should be distributed within the team and exactly how teachers should interact within the team, which indicates the lack of consensus on this issue. The article analyzes various approaches to understanding cooperation and related concepts of a pedagogical team, a teaching staff, a corporation, a collaboration, a pedagogical community, focusing on its role both in the professional development of teachers and in improving the quality of education. A detailed review of the literature was carried out, which made it possible to detail the key concepts – cooperation, teaching staff, pedagogical community, pedagogical community, corporation and highlight the key characteristics of a teacher in cooperation such as: communication skills, ability to think critically, teamwork. Special attention is paid to methods and forms of cooperative work that promote the exchange of experience and joint solution of pedagogical tasks. The study is based on the results of empirical analysis and expert opinions, which allows us to draw reasonable conclusions about the importance of cooperation in the educational environment. In conclusion, the article suggests directions for further research. The article is intended for teachers, administrators of educational institutions and specialists in the field of pedagogy.
