Abstract. The training of modern teaching staff is a strategically important and urgent task for any educational organization, since it is teachers who lay the foundations for the formation of the intellectual, moral, patriotic and cultural potential of the future generation. In modern conditions, the system of higher pedagogical education should not only provide basic knowledge and skills, but also meet the requirements of the labor market and the social order of the labor market. For the full-fledged training of teaching staff in an educational organization, modern conditions, qualified teaching staff, relevant educational training programs, the use of innovative teaching methods and opportunities for practical training are necessary. This article is devoted to the issues of teacher training in a modern university, which acts as the executor of the social order of the labor market and the state, since the training of teaching staff in a higher education institution is an important and necessary component of the social order. The purpose of the article is to develop a model of social order in the field of teacher training, as well as to analyze the requirements and conditions imposed on an educational organization in the field of teacher training. The article highlights the importance of university cooperation with potential employers and educational institutions at various levels to improve the quality and effectiveness of teacher education. The author concludes that there is a need for constant interaction between higher education institutions and the labor market for better training of specialists who meet modern requirements. After all, modern educational organizations are in dire need of qualified, competent, mobile, purposeful and creative teachers who are able to work effectively and efficiently in the context of modern educational trends.
