Abstract. The article summarizes the theoretical and practical aspects of the directions of transformation of economic relations and methods of their implementation based on the introduction of digital technologies. The trends in the development of the Russian economy are considered, the features of the national economy of Russia are analyzed considering its main characteristics and development prospects. Particularly relevant is the consideration of transformation processes in connection with the formation of new standards of economic relationships and the possibilities of modern production. The main tasks and problems of economic development of Russia in the context of changing international priorities and strategic global transformations are noted. The article emphasizes the special role of digitalization of society in the formation of modern business models, identifying the advantages of digital reality. It is also emphasized that the change in the conditions for the formation of economic space is associated with the emergence of a number of problems, including the strengthening of the role of state regulation of the public economy of Russia, the search for new instruments of legal regulation of the national economy. Adaptation of the Russian economy to the constantly changing competitive market, the search for competitive advantages will mean an opportunity for the Russian national economy to become a full member of the world community. In the process of writing the article, both traditional and specific research methods were used: the dialectical method of cognition, methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of scientific abstraction, as well as an interdisciplinary approach to the transformation of the economy and economic relations in the context of the influence of technology on property. Conclusions. The transformation of the economy and existing economic relations under the influence of digital technologies is associated with the gradual individualization of these relations against the background of their socialization. The key direction of the transformation of economic relations around property: the processes of digitalization and virtualization of the economy inevitably and increasingly involve market participants, which leads to a change in economic property relations, which in turn is an important prerequisite for the development of the progress of economic transformation.
